This deck of 22 Arcana cards was published by the Cosmopolitan magazine as "Tarots Cosmo". It was probably added to one of their magazines as one or more separate sheets with push-out cards. The naughty illustrations were done by Martin Veyron.

The Arcana came with two extra cards. The second one gives some information about how to handle the Tarot decks in general.
1/A Tarot deck is personal, don't lend it out.
2/Place it in a drawer, safe of fatal vibrations. 
3/Don't leave it behind when you go traveling, this will break the communication.
4/ Don't use it when you're in a hurry or stressed. The Tarot needs a serene environment.
