This deck was printed in China in 2010 and published by Ozzé Creations from Canada. There's a series of 4 decks from the same illustrator. Here's the "Pecker" deck, the other deck are titled "Boobs", "Wild Cards" and "Sex Maniacs". The decks were also published in France and Germany, and maybe some other countries too.
