This deck was printed in Italy by Muoio Playing Cards from Casalnuovo di Napoli and published -probably in 2009- as "Napoletan Hard XXX". The deck had a standard Napels pattern, but with erotic elements added to it. Although there are a good number of different regional patterns in Italy, it's -to our knowledge- the first deck in its kind.
