PIN-UP'S & EROTICA
-14-
This deck was published in the US as "Barajas de Chistes" by Gift House from Miami, Florida. The deck is a reproduction of an earlier American deck, that was published as Stag Party in the late 1950's. Only in the Stag party deck the jokes were in English. This deck has been on xpo here and is on the "Pin-Up & Erotica" CD, which is available on our site.
This deck was probably made for the growing Hispanic population in Florida, due to Cuban and Mexican immigrants. Judging by the box the deck was probably published around 1970.

Each of the cards has a different cartoon, some of the jokes are not considered pc anymore.

The deck has been redrawn, but very close to the original. However, there are differences. We'll show the Queen of Clubs from the original deck to illustrate two interesting ones: first is that the English words that are part of the drawing have not been translated into Spanish and secondly that the guy isn't blond anymore, but has dark hair, like most Hispanic people.

Just like the original, this deck consists of 52 cards and one joker.

The back design is the same as on the box, only without the title of the deck.
