One deck that was made during the war, comes from Russia. It was printed by the Colour Printing Plant in St. Petersburg (then: Leningrad) and was issued in 1942/43. They were to be dropped on the German troops and were designed by V. Vlasov. 

This "Anti-Fascist" deck is probably the first real propaganda deck that was ever issued during a war.

The deck is very hard to find. Probably most of the German soldiers, who were lucky enough to get one, weren't lucky enough to survive the Russian battlefields.
