The latest news is that restaurants may open their doors on June 1st. although still with some restrictions. So I hope I can make a reservation for a decent dinner somewhere that day and I can end this series. Until then you'll have to put up with my daily lockdown deck.
Here's one from Belgium. It was printed and published by Hemeleers Van Hoeter from Brussels around 1860. The stencil coloured courts show a Belgian version of what Sylvia Mann called the first Paris pattern. It was apparently published as a deck for the Nain Jaune game, see that typical Nain Jaune "joker".
