Analog & Duolog by RUTH KEDAR

On the numbercards their value can be read by looking at the indices or by counting the number of suit symbols in the top line, just like in the Analog deck. But here no additional diagonal lines are used. Instead horizontal bi-coloured sequences of suit symbols are placed against the background. You can count these lines, but to make it easier black or red suit symbols are placed on the sides or in the middle of these sequences to facilitate identification of the number of lines. There's an good chemistry in the complete design between the straight sequences and the fluid background.

The Duolog box is just as ingenious as the Analog box, but the principle of the closure is different. Here a string is used to ensure a decent closing. The deck itself is in a wrapper of transparant paper, that is emprinted with 4 different designs. When wrapped a multi-layered cover is formed.
