Belgian-Genoese pattern with advertising cards and jokers. Printed by
Mesmaekers Fr่res and published by Midy to advertise their medicines,
probably c1960. Complete with 52 cards and 2 jokers, all in excellent
condition, but as the courts were kept separately in sheets the pips
